Sir Esteban Martin (First Earl Martin) is the first (and current) Grand-Governor of the State of Tamopa, appointed the 2 September 2018 by the Prince of Beremagne, Emanuel I. This appointment is the opening of a new history for the Tamopa, which has been ruled during more than six months by the government of Beremagne as an annexed territory. Today, the Grand-Governor of Tamopa can manage the principality as an independent state.
