Ethan I (Ethan Andrew Jones, born January 5, 2001) is the King of the Royal Kingdom. He is the Founder of the micronation, having found it in his home on June 17, 2018.

He is the eldest son of Colin, the King Father, and Jessica, the King Mother. He was born in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Early life

Ethan was born on January 5, 2001, at 11:17 P.M. EST at St. Luke's Hospital in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. His birth was a controversy within the family itself, both on his mothers' side and his fathers. He would stay in a home in East Stroudsburg with his mother and father in his early months but eventually moved into his Grandmother's home. It was on August 9, 2002, when his birth was legitimized, with the marriage of his parents in Swiftwater, Pennsylvania. He would move from house to house within the Tannersville-East Stroudsburg area. However, in recent years he has finally settled in what is now the Royal Palace, and capital, of the Royal Kingdom.

Micronationalism

Ethan has always had a fascination with the realm of Monarchy. He has always wanted to be a king and wanted to rule a nation. He discovered the world of micronationalism in late 2017 after seeing a video by Great Big Story on YouTube about the Republic of Molossia. After declaring his independence, he contacted President Kevin Baugh.

Kingdom of the Mountains, Forrest, & Rocks

Inspired by the author George R.R. Martin and his most famous book series A Song of Ice and Fire, more specifically by the Kingdoms of the Rock and Kingdom of the Mountains and the Vale. He would initially use one of these titles in his own Royal style. However, he would grow annoyed at this because it would grow to be in the way of e-mails and other official documents.

The Royal Kingdom

Inspired by the book he is writing, Ethan decided to use one of the titles of a former nation within his universe, The Royal Empire. The Royal Empire was founded by an ambitious king of a minor state and grew to be one of the most powerful within the continent. However, Ethan decided to drop the title Empire (even though the 'Emperors'of the Royal Empire, used the title of King) and replaced it with Kingdom. He would officially change his title at midnight, January 1, 2019.
