The Faltree-Eureka Provisional Government was formed directly after the dissolution of Union of Mountain States and was a precursor to the State of Faltree. It served as a provisional entity between Mountain States and Faltree as the nation's focus and land shifted fully to Rhode Island.
Etymology
Faltree-Eureka derived from the original two states that encompassed the provisional government, the Faltree Territory and the state of New Eureka. Faltree is a portmanteau of the words fall and tree. Eureka originates from Eureka, Montana.
