The Federal District of New Springfield is the smallest territory in the Democratic Republic of Seybold since 8 September, 2018.
Locations
Green Party Headquarters
On 29 October 2018, President Cooper Norfolk was able to get a building permit approved by the Seybold Department of Construction. This Building Permit, the second one ever issued in the Democratic Republic of Seybold, was issued to President Norfolk so he could build the Headquarters for the Green Party of Seybold. The Building Permit was first approved by Iyan Seeker, head of the Seybold Department of Construction (DOC), at 8:10 A.M. UTC-5. According to the Green Party of Seybold, the land that they built their Headquarters is exactly 0.27807912 square meters in area. The Green Party of Seybold was able to buy the land for free since Seyboldish Florins, the official currency of Seybold, had not be printed and circulated by the Seybold Department of Printing and Engraving at that point and along with the fact that no one owned the land before the Green Party of Seybold built on the land. In the Building Permit, the owner was put as the Federal Government of Federal District of New Springfield, since the land is in the Federal District of New Springfield. The Headquarters has a picture of the Green Party of Seybold logo in black and white. There is also a donation box, which will officially open on 1 January 2018, the same day that all of the Seyboldish Florins are officially printed in the Democratic Republic of Seybold. The floor of the Headquarters is a soft, white bed sheet. There is a wax Koala made from a Local Zoo, which represents the Environmentalism of the Green Party, and a small container that serves as the Head of the Green Party of Seybold’s Office.
National Bank of Seybold
On 2 January 2019, Jason Keourac, sponsored by the government, of course, built the National Bank of Seybold. He decided that the location of the National Bank of Seybold should be in the capital of the Democratic Republic of Seybold, New Springfield, the Federal District of New Springfield. He measured the land area and found a perfect area of 0.37032184 square meters to build the bank. He filled out a Building Permit and sent it to the Head of the Seybold Department of Construction Iyan Seeker, which was approved at about 3 P.M. GMT-5. After getting the building permit approved, Jason Keourac started the physical construction of the Bank at about 3:15 P.M. GMT-5. He first found two boxes and put a piece of paper on one with the words "WITHDRAWAL" and another one with the words "DEPOSIT". Those two boxes will be used to take or give money to a certain citizen's bank account when the Teller of the Bank is present. Both boxes have the logo of the National Bank of Seybold on it, which is a green cube with square holes on each side and limbs coming out of each side above the words "National Bank of Seybold". Next to those two boxes is another slightly larger box with the words "ONLY TELLERS OPEN". This box will be used to hold bank accounts and the money put into the bank account. There were no bank accounts available, as the Seyboldish Florins were printed until the day after, but they will most likely cost ten Seyboldish Florins per Year that can be paid at any time towards the bank. The final part of the bank is a small plastic box that has a label on it with the words "SDOPAE PERMITTED USE ONLY", meaning that a person without permission from the Seybold Department of Printing and Engraving will be fired from their job at the National Bank of Seybold. The box holds newly printed and unused Seyboldish Florins, which was filled on 3 January 2019. Above all of the bank is the logo of the National Bank of Seybold. President Cooper Norfolk appointed Jason Keourac as the head of the National Bank of Seybold, which will be a government-funded organization. Jason Keourac was very happy about the foundation of the National Bank of Seybold.
History
Tamcoopese Era
Sometime during 2017, the area that currently is New Springfield joined the Republic of Tamcoop with the rest of the Province of Jasooper. New Springfield was originally a part-time home to the former Vice President Cooper Norfolk, who eventually went on to found the Democratic Republic of Seybold, and the town of Doubledin. But peace only lasted for a while, as the Tamcoopese Provincial System, a system on the Tamcoop Government Private Computer that keeps the Provinces under control of Tamcoop, was hacked into by Anti- Tamcoopese Citizen Ryan Funk. This meant that all provinces of the Republic of Tamcoop, excluding the provinces in the mainland and the Province of Fort Cusin due to the fact that they were on another computer, were ceded back to the United States.
Jasoopese Era
In all of the Chaos, then Vice President Cooper Norfolk resigned his position and went on to found the Democratic Kingdom of Jasooper on 23 April 2018, in which New Springfield is located in. The Town name stayed the same, but was home to Cooper Norfolk, King of Jasooper at the time, and Currupt Politician Max White, who was later banned from Jasooper.
Springfield Era
The Federal District of Springfield was a part of the Republic of Iustus, joining 27 March 2018. It was at first just the bottom part of New Springfield, but it was expanded too the upper part and the surrounded lands known as the town of Rugtopia at that point. The Federal District of Springfield sadly ended due to unknown reasons.
Seybold Era
On 8 September 2018, Cooper Norfolk, who is a Presidential Candidate of the Democratic Republic of Seybold, declared the Federal District of New Springfield.
