The Federal Republic of Esbern, more commonly referred to as Republic of Esbern, is a Federal Republic located within the state boundaries of Tennessee in the United States of America.
Government
Esbern is a Federal Republic with a President as its Head of State, and a Prime-Minister who is Head of Government; which is elected every three years. Congress acts as the nations legislature while the High Courts act as the nations judiciary.
President
The President is the Head of State, and as stated in the constitution has the power the create laws - they must however be filtered through congress and approved by the Senate.
