The Federal Sovereign Council (Chinese: 聯邦主權議會), commonly referred to as the Sovereign Council, is the upper house of the bicameral legislative body of the Federation of Conewiwa and New Hanchih, alongside the lower house, the National Assembly, together forming the Grand Council.
