The First Jacobs Cabinet was the first and inaugural cabinet of the Roscami Federation, and was in power from 18 February 2021 to 18 May 2021, and was also the first cabinet of Thomas Jacobs who served as head of state and government as the President of Roscamistan.

It was originally comprised of only Thomas Jacobs and Culann Burke, who served as President and Foreign Secretary, and Vice President and Culture Minister respectively. It grew over time after Thomas Jacobs, Culann Burke, and the rest of his and Burke’s friends returned to their respective schools after a third COVID-19 lockdown. James Irwin, Dean Merritt, Kayden Conboy, Evan McDonagh, David Moore and Fearghas MacLochlainn would later join the Cabinet and the Government, with Irwin later becoming Prime Minister of the Province of Mervustan. The Cabinet collapsed during the 17thMayCoup, and was officially dissolved on 18 May 2021, and succeeded by the Irwin Cabinet.
