New Eurabba, officially the Flandrensian Ecological County of New Eurabba and formerly Urabba, is an ecological sanctuary of the Grand Duchy of Flandrensis and region of the Enactorate of Urabbaparcensia (formerly Urabba Parks Pty Ltd) that includes the Campus of Rankins Springs, encompassing two Urabbaparcensian sites at Urabba Street Reserve, Rankins Springs, and Promachos, Gunbar.

History

On 14 August 2022, the Grand Duchy of Flandrensis announced the creation of the Flandrensian Ecological County of Urabba at Urabba Street Reserve, a property managed by Urabba Parks Proprietary Limited at Rankins Springs.[2] The Treaty on the Establishment of the Flandrensian Ecological County (Sanctuary) of New Eurabba (now the Treaty on the Establishment of the Flandrensian Ecological County (Sanctuary) of New Eurabba) was signed on 18 August 2022 authorising the creation of an ecological sanctuary under the Constitution of the Grand Duchy, while respecting the Traditional Ownership of the Wiradjuri people and the status of Urabba Parks as an Imvrassian Hegemony.[3] The Treaty came into force when the Flandrensian Ecological County of Urabba Act 2022 (now named the Flandrensian Ecological County of Urabba Act 2022) (assented to on 29 August 2022[4]) commenced on 4 September 2022,[5] the 14th anniversary of the foundation of the Grand Duchy of Flandrensis. As a sign of appreciation, Emperor Aggelos made Grand Duke Nicholas the Archon of the Flandrensian Ecological County of Urabba.[6] On 4 September 2023, the first anniversary of the sanctuary's creation, the treaty was amended and New Eurabba was established as a region under the name Flandrensian Ecological County of New Eurabba.[7]

Geography and environment

Since 4 September 2023, New Eurabba encompasses Ward B of Carrathool Shire that borders both the Riverina and Far West regions of New South Wales.[7] Previously, the territory only encompassed the area of Urabba Street Reserve. The effect of the territorial inclusion is that a member of Urabba Parks Pty Ltd residing in the territory of the region is considered a member by residence of New Eurabba.

Politics and government

Originally a territory, New Eurabba was established as a region of Urabbaparcensia on 4 September 2023.
