Florencium Carolina is an Austenasian Territory which is an enclave of the U.S. state of Nevada, and is composed of a privately owned area of rural land. Florencium Carolina is currently governed by its founder and landowner, Lord Michael Simpson.

Florencium Carolina was founded on 20 July 2020 and was initially based in Texas, consisting of a 7.35 acre plot of land. However, on 28 March 2023, the Territory's claim "migrated" to a larger, 40 acre plot of land in Nevada after the original land claim - now referred to as Old Florencium Carolina - was sold by Lord Simpson. Old Florencium Carolina was ceded back to the United States, whereas the current land claim - another possession of Lord Simpson - was annexed in its place, with the territory transferred from the Province of Occibrazos to the Province of North Nevada.

The Territory is named in honour of Crown Princess Caroline and of the American city of Florence, which was situated near to Old Florencium Carolina.
