The Department of Foreign Relations is primarily responsible for creating and maintaining diplomatic ties between the U.C.C.R and other micronations. It's motto is "trust, but verify"

Travel Advisory
Travel to China is not recommenced due to the Coronavirus, which was first identified in Wuhan, China. On January 30, 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) determined the rapidly spreading outbreak constitutes a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC). The Minister of Foreign Relations is the head of the department. The minister organizes and supervises the entire department and its staff.

  • Protecting and assisting Christian Communist citizens living or traveling abroad
  • Keeping the public informed about foreign policy and relations with other countries
  • Nominating ambassadors for diplomatic missions
  • Creating and maintaining diplomatic ties
  • Grants and issues passports to Christian Communist citizens
  • Negotiates, interprets, and terminates treaties and agreements
  • Informing the public on the political, economic, social, cultural, and humanitarian conditions in foreign countries
  • Coordinate official visits at home and abroad
