The General Secretary of East Galway was an officer of the Cabinet of Ministers responsible for assisting the vice premier of East Galway and the Cabinet of Ministers as a whole. The office was created on 7 September 2021, upon proclamation of the East Galway Soviet. The position, alongside the Secretary of the Cabinet of Ministers or Cabinet Secretary, were the main administrative officers in the executive branch, and served as heads of the bureaucracy in East Galway.
