The GMU or Global Micronational Union is an Intermicronational Organization attempting to serve as an alternative to the Grand Unified Micronational Alliance and Cupertino Alliance which was founded by Matthew Cunningham on March 2, 2020. The organization is larger than the Grand Unified Micronational and Cupertino Alliance in terms of citizenship and land area as well as economic power and influence, however, it is not larger than it in terms of membership numbers.
