Grand Alliance was an intermicronational organization, founded 1997 by Cain Harwood , first to oppose the Holy Empire of Réunion's supposedly imperialist policies, especially in regards to diplomatic recognition and later served as a platform for discussion and negotiations between various micronations, after the Réunion issues were solved. However, this organization became defunct since November 22, 1998 and later has vained into void (according to archive.org the page was on-line till May 18, 2001).
