The Most Great Puppet of the Grand Duchy of Krell or the Grand Duchy of Krell is a puppet state of Forestria. It was founded, officially, on 12-13-2021.
Etymology
No one is exactly sure where Krell came from. In German, it means "to claw."
History
It was founded on the 13th of December by Emperor Elias of Forestria.
Government
The government is a Puppet state under a Forestrian Monarchy.
Grand Duke
The Grand Duke is the Head of State and Head of Government. He or She controls the Krellian Senate. The Grand Duke is usually a descendent of Elias or appointed by a descendent. They have the power to make laws and agendas.
Krellian Senate
The Krellian Senate is the Legislature of the Puppet State. It is controlled by the Forestrian Parliament but retains the power to declare wars, levy taxes and declare independent wars without Forestria.
