The Grand Phillip Museum is a museum dedicated to cataloging and protecting Phillip's physical history. It's located in Little City, the capital of the Lukous District. The museum was founded by current Vice President Luke Fitzgibbins at his residence in the city. The museum received its only two artifacts on the 7th of March, which include the Constitution of Phillip and the "Norfolk-Fitzgibbins Agreement".
