The Grand Republic of Jacktopia was founded on April 4, 2014, by Jack Kelley, who made himself president. The population rose to 19 in 2016 and 17 but has since fallen to ten.
Government
The Jacktopian government consists of the president, vice president, and five leaders. 12 people are required to start elections. The loser of the presidential election becomes vice president. For a law to be passed at least four of the seven members of government must vote to pass it. The president and vice president serve two-year terms and the leaders serve one-year terms. There are two political parties. The first is the JackMinecraftClubbers (clubbers), which consists only of members of the JMCC. The second is the democratic-republicans (DRs) that can be any citizen.

Military
The Jacktopian military consists of an army, navy, and formerly an air force. The army currently has 4 members but had 19 at its peak. The navy consists of one boat. The air force used to consist of drones, but they all broke or were sold. Jacktopia has been in five wars and won four, the fifth ended in a peace treaty with no nation winning.
