Hanan Hayes was Assistant Secretary of the Treasury of the Commonwealth of Dracul and a former Lieutenant Governor of South Dracul. She now serves as Director of the Dracul Wildlife Protection Bureau.
On 13 April 2019, Hayes joined the Commonwealth of Dracul, after researching micronations from Stephen Luke and Kassie Bushong.
