Harbourfront is a Malinovian civil parish located on the Washington side of the Columbia River, near the city of Stevenson. It was annexed on 22 May 2020 after the head of state visited the land.

Harbourfront was annexed from the United States on 22 May 2020, but has yet to be incorporated. The Monarch has stated that he will visit the territory again and incorporate it, but he does not know when exactly.

Harbourfront'ś geography is quite simple; it is a rock beach, and it has a small oak tree and large boulder on its west side.
