High Burghermaster (male) or High Burghermistress (female) of Sarajbosna (Serbian, Bosnian: Велики магистар Сарајбосне, Veliki magistar Sarajbosne) is the title of the ruler of the Sarajbosna, a 2nd-level administrative division of Græcia, located in Sarajevo, Sarajevo Canton, Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Etymology

The terms "high burghermaster" and "-mistress" were coined by Quintus De Vitaliis, inspired by the Medieval title "magister" (Latin: magister, Hellenic: μάγιστρος), preceded by the honorific adjective "high", found in terms such as "high priest", "high council", et al., in order to demonstrate the prestige of the rank among the burghers – the residents of the borough.
