The Higher Lord of Posaf is the head of government in Posaf, and the second highest elected office the Principality of Squamily and Friends. The Higher Lord is elected through the new House of Common-elects after the general election takes place, the elections are held every 6 months, although snap-elections can happen if there is a change in the Kadelieort composition.

The inaugural Higher Lord of Posaf was Henry Rydina, now Prince of Posaf was the Higher Lord after being unanimously elected by the House of Commons. Rydina was then moved to the position of Monarchy of Posaf after the throne abdication of Princess Courtney. David Hernandez then assumed the position but resigned into his term from severe health issues. The same day Maria Lynnaee was selected by Prince Henry and voted by the House of Commons to be the new Higher Lord. On the general election, the Conservative Party regained control and then elected their own Andy Irons to be the Higher Lord who is currently holding the office.

Henry Rydina was the first Higher Lord of Posaf. He over saw the first law made by the new government to protect land in Turtle Creek Land (now Turtle Creek County in Squamily) and to help save energy with Light Pollution laws.

David Hernández was the second Higher Lord of Posaf. He over saw the creation of the new format for the Kadeliort and helped pass laws to give the Higher Lord more power in the government.

Maria Lynnae was the third Higher Lord. She over saw the influx of new states and provinces. Lynnae was a Commander and oversaw the New Reich Crisis, and was first Higher Lord to be the Chief Justice of Posafian National Court.
