His Majesty's Heraldic Authority, is the Ikonian royal organization consisting of new and professional officers of arms, with responsibility for regulating heraldry in that country, issuing new grants of arms, and serving as the judge of the Heraldic Court, the only heraldic court in Ikonia. They follow the Codicem Heraldica Ikonius.
The post was founded on 6 October 2020 after a massive influx of Heraldry in Ikonia, crediting his studies for the creation of the authority. They published the Codicem Heraldica Ikonius on 7 November 2020, a document to outline majority of the heraldic laws in the Kingdom.[1]
Ikonian International Registry
The Ikonian International Registry is the Roll of arms handled by His Majesty's Heraldic Authority for all the peers registered arms in Ikonia. It has registered over 13 arms over the course of its lifespan. According to Abrams I, the official Ikonian website will host the Heraldic Authority's pages and the roll of arms in the future.
Officers of Arms
The Diaconus Principal King of Arms, HMHA King of Arms, or simply King of Arms is the most senior King of Arms of Ikonia. The King of Arms is responsible for managing the Heraldic Authority, and the Officers and Pursuivants of Arms of Ikonia. Additionally, they design arms for the dominions.

The Pursuivant Officers are the most junior officers of heraldry in the Heraldic Authority. They design arms, badges, standards, and more on consultation of the King of Arms and the patentee. The first appointees were released in an Ikonian Post article.[2]
