Millania (Mih-LAN-ee-yuh) is a Constitutional Monarchy, founded on 1 December 2017. Millania has membership in the United Micropact.
Etymology
Millania is named after Great House Millán, the ruling family of the empire. New Granada pays homage to the land of Colombia, the Macronation in which Millania is situated. The prefix 'United Kingdoms' Refers to the three kingdoms that united under one banner at the Summit of the Four Kingdoms.
History
Dawn Age
Millania declared Independence as a micronation on December 1, 2017. On January 11, Millania joined the United Micropact. Millania saw an immense boom in development since then.
First Granadine-Cornosian War
Millania Asked the government of Smithlandia of Kentucky for a formal unification of nations. On January 15, The Smithlandians responded by declaring war on Millania. At 2:17 p.m. on January 17, 2018, Smithlandia of Kentucky agreed to cede its land over to the Imperial Empire of Millania and New Granada, ending the Millania-Smithlandian war. Smithlandia was split into 2 duchies, the Grand Duchy of Howell, and the Duchy of Smithland.
Cornosian Rebellion
The Cornosian Rebellion, Also known as the Millanian Civil War, began on January 28, 2018, when Connor Smith, Duke and Former Dictator of Smithlandia declared independence with no prior notice, and then declared war once more. Thus, the Second war began. In late morning, an unprecedented activity of great magnitude took place - The end of the Cornosian Rebellion. At exactly 11:00am HKT, June 2, 2018, a treaty was signed between the Imperial Empire of Millania and New Granada and the Rebel Cornosian Government, ending The Cornosian Rebellion.
Millanian Reforms
The Millanain Imperial Family released an executive reform document, creating a stronger parliament, better Subdivisions, and a redesign of the Nation's Interior. The Millanian Parliament was split into 2 houses, and Departments were Remade into Prefectures, and the borders were redrawn. Millania began implementing a more uniform and professional system, better reflecting the intended balance of power.
Millanian Unification
Four leaders came together, beginning the Summit of the Four Kingdoms. The Imperial Empire of Millania and New Granada, the Grand Sultanate of Howelliville, the Kingdom of Anderssonia, and Smithlandia of Kentucky (Now Cornosia). Representatives of the House of Uribe, the Kingdom of Prietstein (a constituent kingdom of Millania), the Shogunate of Canton, the Order of the Great Dragon of the East, the House of Ávila, the House of Vargas, and the House of Butler were all present. They all (with the notable exception of Anderssonia) decided to Unite under the banner of Millania. Therefore, the Imperial Empire of Millania and New Granada, and Lands represented by the Crown, was to be known as the United Kingdoms of Millania and New Granada, and Lands Represented by the Crowns of the Council of Four. The Millanian Parliament added Two Seats in the following elections for Howelliville, and Cornosia. The Millanian Imperial Family remained the leading force in Millania, but a strong federation was formed between the following kingdoms, yet even with their own kings, the leaders swore allegiance to the the Millanian Crown; The Millanian Empire, The Sultanate of Howelliville, The Kingdom of Cornosia, The Shogunate of Canton, The Kingdom of Prietstein, The Barony of Uribia, The Duchy of Llamashimananu, (The previous four are constituent Kingdoms led by the House of Millán,) The Order of the Great Dragon of the East, and Anderssonia (Becoming a Millanian Commonwealth State, wanting to carry out its affairs independently instead of unification.) The Order of the Great Dragon of the East became a Sovereign Order, serving the UMNG, and the Millanian Commonwealth. The now Sovereign Order has No Territory, however will be Headquartered in Imperia, Canton. The Capital of the UMNG became the city of Imperia, in Canton, due to the fact that palaces of the four kingdoms are situated there, however the Imperial capital remains Nicosi.
Government and Politics
Cabinet
Millania is run by a cabinet. the C.A.R.T.E., or Imperial Cabinet, C.A.R.T.E. Standing for the first five members of parliament, are known as some of the founders of Millania. The head of the Cabinet is the Emperor, Followed by two royal family members, followed by the C.A.R.T.E. themselves; the Prime Minister, the Minister of Records, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Minister of Homeland Security, and the Minister of Minting and Currency.
Parliament
The Parliament is a governing body, and acting Legislative Wing of the Empire, lead by the Prime Minister. The Parliament has two houses; The House of Prefects, the House of Nobles. The Imperial House of Prefects drafts, and passes necessary laws. The Great Imperial House of Nobility refines, and amends laws.
Supreme Court
The Imperial Supreme court checks laws, and determines if they are constitutional. It also deals with extreme criminal cases.
Imperial Family
The Imperial Family, by the grace of God, acts as the Executive branch, and makes executive decisions, and also has the final say on laws.

Foreign Relations
Millania can recognize all states who meet all of the following requirements; Nations who claim territory only on earth, Nations whom are not fascist, Nations whom follow all articles of the Montevideo Convention, Nations whom have a population, some or all of whom live in a part of its territory.
Millania has Embassies open in the Principality of Andany, the People's Republic of Duke, and the Principality of Squamily and Friends (POSAF). Millania holds a very open foreign policy, maintaining peace and stability in the Micronational Community. Millania is allied with many nations, some notable ones being Iustus, POSAF, and Occitania. Millania is a growing power within its realm of influence. Millania has been a protector of peace, nicknamed "The Bridgelands" for its attempts at restoring relations between nations.
Military
the Millanian Imperial Armed Forces (MIAF) Consists of three branches; The Army, Navy, Imperial Guard, and Air Force. The MIAF has been involved in combat in the Granadine-Cornosian Wars. The MIAF consists of highly trained, elite veterans from every corner of the Empire.

Geography and Climate
Millania is located in the Andes mountains, making it prone to cold weather. It is often sunny with a chance of rain. Millania is surrounded on one side by a small forest, and another side by hedge walls. Millania is located within a valley, yet is still far above sea level. Millania also has prefectures in the warm, wet region known as Hong Kong. The Colombian Prefectures are bordered by the River Alcalá, the main source of water in the region. steep hills run up from the southeastern regions, to the northern prefecture of Prietstein. The Hong Kong Prefectures consist of multiple small enclaves speckled around Hong Kong, next to tall, steep hills. The Empire is located in Alcalá Municipality in the Valle del Cauca Department, on the Cordillera Central, central Colombia. The Lake Valencia is also located near the capital. Millania is situated within the Colombian coffee growing axis, registered as an World Heritage Site.

Millania is in the process of creating the Millanian Nemoda (Pronounced Nay-Mow) (MGN), two times the value of the British Pound. The symbol for the currency is ∏. Millania heavily relies on exporting digital technology services, however is starting to rely more on investment and material goods. Millania Currently has multiple companies registered. Technological Services account for a small percentage of Millania's Economy. The bulk of the Economy is the Media, Investment, and Music sectors, featuring large companies like NICODEMS News, Millania Standard, inc., the Millán Group, Winchester Investment, Co., and Lo Key Enterprises, Inc. the rest of income is from federal run services, and exports. Millania scores a 2.8 on the Micronational Economic Potential Index. Millania is focusing heavily on scientific advancement. A product of this is the Solar Modular Espionage Vehicle, Mark I (SMEV-MKI), serviced in the Air Force, and is used for ground coverage, as well as air-bound espionage.
Culture
Millania's Culture is a melting pot of chinese, cameroonian, and colombian culture, all mixed together to make a unique Millanian Identity. Millanians are generally eccentric people, and kind, generous, and polite.
Sport
Millania's National sport is Nerdball, a sport invented by Prince Gavin I, and perfected by Crown Prince Nicolás I. Nerdyball is a game in which there are two teams, passing the ball to each other. if the team not in possession of the ball can block the ball and get it to bounce twice before the team in possession can get it back, they earn a point, and gain possession.
Food
Millania's National Dishes include Ajiaco, a rather thick soup consisting of Potatoes, Chicken, Carrots, Plantains, Guascas (An exotic Colombian fruit), and more, made into a delight loved by many Millanians. Another Dish is Patacones con Chili, a Plantain cut into large chunks, fried, and then made into a pancake-like shape, and fried once more. Then, any topping is added, along with Millanian Chili sauce (Red peppers, onions, spring onions, etc. pickled into a chili sauce) to make an eccentric flavour.
