James Mitchell is a politician from the Independent State of Irvington and a member of the Centrist Party. Mitchell was elected in 2017 to parliament of the Independent State of Irvington, serving as the leader of the Moderate Party and president until its dissolution. In 2019, he was elected to parliament in the Independent State of Irvington and became leader of the Centrist Party. He served two terms as prime minister from 2019 to 2021 before retiring. He was replaced by Owen Perry.
