Joe Moore was the Baron of the Barony of Mooreshire, part of the Province of Greater Cavendish. He was also in the Lyteran Air Force as a Flight Lance Corporal. He was formerly just in the army until 19 August 2019, where his Barony was annexed into Lytera.
On 2 January, Duke Matthew made a visit to the barony, speaking briefly with Baron Joe, who promised to keep the government updated on the proceedings in the barony after a period of inactivity.
