Josh L. is a Weg official well known for being subject to an investigation for Treason against Wegmat. The allegations began when the Federal Weimar Intelligence Agency admitted to planning Operation Auf Wiedersehn and it was found that Josh had some hand in it. The investigation was short lived, however, as when the Battle of Jefferson Lake was nearing its end Prime Minister Cole Baird, who had been captured alongside Josh, told Josh that charges had been dropped. Later on during the negotiations after the same battle, Governor Tristan J. would betray Wegmat. This compelled Prime Minister Baird to declare Josh the Governor of Whynofly, considering he was the second highest ranking official in the province. Shortly after this and for unknown reasons, Baird would further declare Josh the Governor of Essef, which had just been occupied by the Kapresh-Weimar invasion. This declaration was later confirmed by Baird. Josh is also the Mayor of Lost Lake City, his position being a vestige of when Prime Minister Baird attempted to convince him to move out of Whynofly.
