Joshua I (Joshua Richard Campbell; born 1 December 2005) is the Count of Cordinar's fourth county, Luonnonmaa. He earned this title when Grand Duke Kory declared the 'Fourth County Act' and divided Dostoyevsky, Lord Odolf I's county in two on 16 November 2020. He is also the treasurer of the Bank of Cordinar. He is of French, Scottish, and Finnish descent and he is fluent in English, French, Scottish and knows a conversational level of Finnish. Before immigrating to the Grand Duchy of Cordinar, he began Scouts Canada in Beaver Scouts. He continued into Cub Scouts, then Scouts, and, after nine years, is now a Venturer Scout.
