Joshua I (official title: His Majesty Joshua I, Prince of Greater Princia; sometimes known as the High Prince to distinguish from lower-ranking princes) is the head of state of the Princian Commonwealth and thus Lord of Rubykaal (the associated ex officio position); reigning as Princia's first and only hereditary prince since its establishment in June 2017 then continuing as the first elected prince, obtaining 83·1% of the popular vote, from September 2022.

Prince Joshua has leftist views and opposes fascism and authoritarianism, this was shown in the Princian Fascist Movement of June 2018 when the Party for People & Empire proposed claiming more land that was "rightful Princian territory" and renaming the Principality of Princia to the United Empire of Greater Princia, so when this was rejected, they used violent ways of protesting and were exiled by order of Prince Joshua himself.

Prince Joshua was born and educated on the Wirral Peninsula in both the metropolitan county of Merseyside and non-metropolitan county of Cheshire, in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
Primary school
Prince Joshua attended primary school at Overchurch Infant School from age 4 to 7, then Overchurch Junior School from age 7 to 11.
Secondary school
Prince Joshua attended secondary school at Pensby High School from age 11 to 13, then Neston High School from age 13 to 16.
