The Justice Division (Sabian: toanitrañ), formerly known as the Home Division (sinnitrañ) is one of the divisions (ministries) that make up the government of Sabia and Verona. It is responsible for immigration, security and law and order. As such, it is in charge of government policy on security-related issues such as illegal substances, counter-terrorism (alongside the Defense Division) and ID cards, providing access to justice, to increase confidence in the justice system, and uphold people’s civil liberties.

The Justice Division was originally founded as the Ministry for Home Affairs and Demography on 18 October 2012; the first Minister responsible was Vinter Jens, who served in Napoléon Bleuberrie's first government. Before the creation of the Electoral Commission mandated by the Constitution of 2017, the Ministry for Home Affairs and Demography was in charge of organizing elections (from 2012 to 2014, in co-operation with the Commission for the Preservation of Democracy). The Justice Secretary is also the Sabioveronese government's foremost lawyer.

Since 2019, the Secretary of Justice has been Kastor Gevras Drigy. Gevras Drigy is part of the 13th government, and previously served as Justice Secretary as part of the 8th and 12th governments.
