Koshin DeNiestata (Spécat: Kocin Néstatuv) is the founder and President of the Constitutional Republic of Niestata, since he proclaimed the creation of the micronation on February 5, 2011. He also is the creator of the constructed language, Spécat. Though Niestata claims the island of Isla (which is currently under jurisdiction of Ireland), DeNiestata currently resides in Canada and lives as a student.
Micronational career
DeNiestata has been interested in micronationalism for many years, and his accumulated ideas came to fruition in the creation of Niestata. He won the micronation's inaugural election by one vote, and was declared The Honourable, President of Niestata (who is both Head of Government and Head of State). He finished drafting the Constitution of Niestata on March 6, 2011 and is currently drafting official Niestatan documents.
