Larry Martin CUP is a British micronationalist. He founded Elmwycke in 2015, and the Baffin Republic in 2019. He was the former Prime Executive of the Free States of Tinakula from mid-December until just after Christmas, when an illegal election was called by Afrasiyab Jamshaid.

Within micronations
Elmwycke
Larry founded Waterside Park on 6 June 2015, as the Vanburgh Kingdom, later renamed the Grand Duchy of Fishmore, however it saw little activity until 2021 when it was revived and merged with the Baffin Republic as a response to inactivity in the Republic. In May 2022, Waterside Park was renamed to Elmwycke.
Australis
Larry joined the Grand Duchy of Australis on 16 February 2021, quickly becoming a citizen. He later registered a party for the New Eiffel by-election, but failed to win.
New Athens
Larry is an Earl of New Athens, and has supported the nation since February 2021, becoming a citizen that month.
Tinakula and United Vuaqava
Larry Martin was the second Prime-Executive of Tinakula, with a tenure lasting 3 days, when he transformed the nation into United Vuaqava in order to move away from Tinakula and the many "crises" which had taken place.
Baffin Republic
Larry founded the Baffin Republic on 2 November 2019, and held his position as Prime Executive until October 2020, when Rohan McCauley's tenure began. Following the mass resignation of members of the Baffin Republic Independence Party in protest of the removal of Rohan McCauley as leader, Larry became the Prime Executive again on 6 November, 2020, following Zack Khan.
Within organisations
LIN
Larry joined the LIN on 10 September 2020, becoming an active member a few months later. He rose to prominence the next year, and became a Justice of the LIN, and later submitted an act establishing departments. For a while, he led the Department for Technology, but stepped down when he withdrew from the organisation.
Cupertino Alliance
Larry joined the Cupertino Alliance in late December of 2020, Waterside Park becoming an observer in April 2021. In July 2021, he announced that he would be running for chair in the August 2021 elections alongside Mike Lewis. He gained 43% of the votes, losing to Dhrubajyoti Roy, however he was appointed Minister of Technology in August 2021. Later that year he became the Minister for Development and Interstate Cooperation under Dhrubajyoti Roy, then eventually Vice-Chair under Tyler Mullins. Following Carson Snyder's election in 2022, he returned to the position of Minister for Development and Interstate Cooperation, but resigned from the position on May 2.
Constantia Pact
Larry joined the Constantia Pact on 22 August 2021, when Waterside Park was invited by Daniel Hamilton alongside Northwood-Oregon and Novus Hierosolymis. On 1 September 2021, he became Minister of Public Affairs.
EMPASA
Martin currently chairs the EMPASA, however the organisation is dormant.
