The Law Collection of the Gymnasium State is the planned official collection of written law of the Gymnasium State, including legal regulations and international treaties. It is planned to be released public. It currently consists only of the Constitution, Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms, already adopted laws and treaties signed with other micronations as well as documents of organizations Gymnasium State is member of.
Law (or sometimes legal order) of the Gymnasium State (právní řád Státu Gymnázium), is the system of already passed legal rules in force in the the Gymnasium State, and Czech law used instead laws not passed yet. Legal system of the Gymnasium State belongs to the Germanic branch of continental legal culture (civil law).
