Libertalia, officially the Libertalian Soviet Republic, is a self-proclaimed socialist state surrounded by the United States of America.
Etymology
The name Libertalia comes from a purported pirate colony founded in the late 17th century in Madagascar. These pirates were anti-capitalist, and managed their colony with a democratic political system and a socialist economic system.

History
On October 3, 2019, the Communist Party of Libertalia formed the Libertalian Soviet Republic.
Geography
Libertalia is primarily temperate woodlands surrounding a large pasture.
