The Luso-Germanic cultural Commission, officially Royal Commission for the Maintenance and Improvement of the Luso-Germanic Culture of Ebenthal (Portuguese: Real Comissão para Manutenção e Melhoramento da Cultura Luso-Germânica de Ebenthal) is a temporary Ebenthali government agency under the joint administration of the House of Aristocrats and the Ministry of Culture and Education to manage the Luso-Germanic (also called Portuguese-German) cultural panorama which are the foundations of the Kingdom of Ebenthal.[1]

The Commission was formally instituted in 14 November 2021 by the House of Aristocrats and it is composed by three Lords of Congress, each representing each party in the upper house at that time, the Minister of Culture and Education, the Ministry of the Interior, the King and two appointed civilians. The Commission follows a code of rules and is mainly headed by the Minister of Culture. Also according to the rules, the actions of the Commission must be approved by a minimum of 3/4 of the commission members (i.e. 6 out of 8 people), in order to be presented to the House of Councillors for parliamentary vote, where a minimal majority can approve or reject the motions.

Until now, the Commission has been responsible for several changes and aesthetic adaptations of place names, titles of nobility, symbology and flags in the country, deciding which cultural elements should be kept, which does not fit the Luso-Germanic culture, and adding new.
