Maestro Colonel is the Badu Park Municipal People's 19th of September Revolutionary Communist Japitty Cumquat's Personal Presidential Orchestra and Guard of the Presidential Bathhouse, and is above Conductor Admiral. The rank is equivalent to General Colonel in the Badu Park Municipal People's Army, Admiral Colonel in the Badu Park Municipal People's Navy, and Supreme Air Corporal in the Badu Park Municipal People's Air Force.

The rank is reserved for the President of Badu Park, and is currently held by Japitty Cumquat. According to Japitty Cumquat, it is the "highest military rank in the world", being a "45-star rank", and as such, the rank insignia depicts forty five stars, as well as 6 chevrons, and the Coat of Arms along with Japitty Cumquat's Face enclosed in a red and gold border. General Colonel is a 45-star rank along with Admiral Colonel and Supreme Air Corporal. The rank also comes with the title of being the world's best recorder player.
