Early life

Mark Millner was born on 24 October 1991 in the Country of Singapore, as the third youngest child.

Micronational career

Millner began his interest in Micronations in 2017, while watching YouTube Videos and reading forums. It wasn't until the end of 2017 when Millner was welcomed by Stephen Luke to create the Commonwealth of Dracul.

Military Service

Millner began his military career in the Draculian Navy at the rank of Commander and was made Deputy Commander of the Dracul Navy due to his dedication and founding member status. In July 2020 Millner was promoted to the rank of Captain for his long and dedicated service.

With the disbanding of the Dracul Navy in 2021, Millner was reassigned to the Dracul Army Reserve as an officer in the Naval Support Battalion and reduced the the rank of Major for administrative purposes.

Millner became most popular by being the flag bearer of the color guard in most Draculian Ceremonies.

Personal life
