His Excellency Matthew Nicholas Cunningham (born 3 March 2005) is a Zepranan-Worrellian Micronationalist and was the first President of Worrell as well as having served as Federal President of Zeprana. He is widely viewed as a founding father of both the Republic of Worrell and the Federal Republic of Zeprana.
Cunningham has also served as the Prince of Runnymede since 2020 and as a member of the Council of the Micronational Assembly when he was representing Runnymede. He is the founder of the Worker's Party of Zeprana and the Liberal Party of Worrell.
