This is the 2nd province of Hosamia, containing 2 villas, a very militaristic part of Hosamia, the name is the pronunciation of "militia" since 100% of the population is the armed forces.
Annexation
When Babikiria annexed Hosamia on June 1, 2019, Melesha became a State of Babikiria.
End
When Hosamulas and his citizens left Babikiria, the province became abandoned due to no micronation controlling it.
