The Minister of Mint is a cabinet position in the Republic of Phillip, responsible for controlling the distribution of Dineros. They hold the second most important position in Phillip as they control the strength of the economy and the taxation of subdivisions. The power of the Minister of Mint is kept in check by a council of one member from each political party called the "Jolly Parliament". Before they make any decision, they must consult their council.
The Minister of Mint is the only person in Phillip who is allowed to print Dineros.
