Ministerial Council (MTO)

The Ministerial Council is the highest governing body of the Micronational Trade Organization. It is composed of the Ministries of Finances of the member states, and must meet at least once a year. The Ministerial Council can take decisions on all matters under any of the multilateral trade agreements, it can overran decisions made by the Trade Council and sack the Director-General.
