Ministerial regulations(Thai:กฎกระทรวง)It is a type of written law in Huai Siao. Which the Minister enacted by virtue of the provisions of the Act Or of the law with equal status
Enactment
The Minister in charge of the Act or Emergency Decree which authorizes the Ministerial Regulation to issue Ministerial Regulations will propose a draft Ministerial Regulation to the Cabinet. When the Cabinet has approved it The Minister can declare the draft Ministerial Regulation as a law. It will come into force once published in the Government Gazette.
