The Ministry of Defence is a ministry in the Cabinet of New Melanesia. It is responsible for implementing national defence forces and oversees the Armed Forces of New Melanesia. The ministry is managed by the Minister of Defence.
History
The ministry of defence is the oldest ministry in the Council of Ministers. It was established on 13 July 2022 after New Melanesia became a republic.
