The Ministry of Environmental Protection of Paloma, simply known as the Paloman Environmental Agency (PEA), is a ministry of the Paloman Government responsible for the protection, exploration and conservation of the natural environment of the Free Socialist State of Paloma. The Ministry of the Environment when it was founded by The Environmental Stewardship Act of 2021 on the 15th of April 2021 as a government ministry, the act defined the duties of each department of the Environmental Ministry, and gave them the power to make orders in certain scenarios in order to fulfill their responsibilities
The Environmental Ministry is run by the Agency Executive, a position which was run by Otto Gillespie Birch, until his departure from Paloma with the position being vacant ever since. To better co-ordinate the work of the Environmental Ministry, since the formation of the ministry the responsibilities of the ministry have been carried out by specialized acts:
