The Ministry of Justice is the cabinet-level agency in the Government of Roscamistan responsible for the enforcement and the upkeep of the judicial system, and legal prosecution by the government. The Ministry of Justice was formed on 15 May 2022, being created from the severed judicial duties of the Home Office.
The current Minister of Justice is Joseph Trick.
Duties
The Ministry of Justice currently runs the National Blueshirt Militia, nominating the Commissioner-General. It also nominates Justices of the Supreme Court to the National Congress.
