The Mutual Defense and Cooperation Treaty (abbreviated as MDCT; Cebuano: Kasabutan sa Depensa ug Kooperasyon), also referred to as Arlandican-Vilasian Alliance, is a treaty between the Kingdom of Arlandica and the Empire of Vilasia that permits and commits the two micronations to defend each other if one or the other is attacked.
Background
In March 2022, Jerold I proposed this treaty to further enhance the relations between the micronations. Emperor Vince later accepted and signed the treaty, with General Jay Arce, the chief of staff of the Civil Guard, also taking part in the negotiations.
Treaty coverage
The treaty covers the right of two micronations, allowing either of them to intervene or provide assistance to each other in times of natural disasters, rebellions, and security threats. This coverage includes all territories, both claimed and controlled, by the two micronations.
