Myrotanian Act 3

Act 3 - Treaties, Emergency and Judges was first passed on 11 May 2013 and was most recently revised on 5 March 2014.

Act 3

1. The Emperor may sign treaties with other states of government.
2. In the case of an emergency that could pose a potential threat to the existence of the Empire, the Emperor may take whatever utilitarian precautions necessary to provide the most efficient defence for the people of the Empire and for the Empire itself.
3. All adjudicative decisions are finalised by judges.
4. A judge is a citizen chosen by the Emperor to make finalised decisions about the way the law has been carried out.
