The National Assembly of Phillip is the only legislative branch of the Republic of Phillip. The National Assembly has nine seats, one from each of Phillip's subdivisions. Phillip has three territories, all of which are represented by one seat. The Supreme Judge is the speaker of the assembly and is elected by the sitting representatives.
The National Assembly also acts as the only court in Phillip. During court cases, the representatives act as the jury.

Other members
On 1 March 2023, a bill was passed into law that established the Representative of Commerce. According to the law, the position was created in order to "maintain cooperation between the National Assembly and business owners[1]". The office can only be held by a person who is in charge of a conglomerate and can only be elected by their shareholders. The current Representative of Commerce is Owen Itzen, who was the only eligible candidate when elected.
