The Aswington Electoral Council (Spanish: Consejo Electoral de Aswington, abbreviated AEC), also known as the National Electoral Council (Spanish: Consejo Nacional Electoral, abbreviated NEC), is the electoral commision of Aswington, responsible for organising and monitoring elections, both nationally and locally, as well as registration of political parties.
This institution is attached to the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
