Constitution of the Kingdom of New Bavaria

The New Bavarian General Assembly is the unicameral legislature in the Kingdom of New Bavaria. As the legislative branch, it is responsible for the discussion, proposing and enactment of laws, as well as discussing various issues.

History

The New Bavarian General Assembly was via its State Constitution created on 3 August 2022.

Functions

  • Purpose, Pass and Repeal Laws
  • Assist the King in running the Kingdom
  • Elect the Speaker of the Assembly

Composition

The New Bavarian General Assembly has only one house.

The Speaker and Deputy Speaker are identified by the color black.
