New Custosian Cyber Army

Founded on the 26th of November 2016, it claims to be a Cyber Force capable of Shutting down Websites as big as MicroWiki or slowing down Internet connections, supposedly by using DDOS Attacks. It was announced in a Forum post found here. The post also stated that the NCCA is Recruiting People to help establish a "strong and unified NCCA". The President has stated that they have no plans on ever using it, due to the fact that they are to dangerous.

Intentions

According to the above mentioned Forum Post the reason for its founding is to attack other nations in self defense if necessary and as a "means of defense and protocol for the time being". In short it is meant as a cheaper and, if directed via the internet, potentially more effective form of military.
