The Military Commissariat for the Northern Rhodesia Territory of the Democratic Christian Republic of Melite, or simply Rhodesia and formerly Rhodesia-Yara, was a short-lived military commissariat of Melite, lasting for 8 days. It administered a single 1 square kilometer area of land, located in the Jablanica District of Serbia, replacing the former Republica Yara until it was re-established again. The Commissariat was headed by a Commissar appointed by the President of the Democratic Christian Republic of Melite, who also commanded the planned Northern Rhodesian Battalion as part of the National Army of Melite. This battalion was only formed de-facto and dissolved quickly, due to the Commissariat's short lifespan. The first and last Commissar was Vidak Jovic.
